I was looking for an open bookcase to match an existing one, an this one worked perfectly for me, hight, width and color wise. The wood pattern looks a bit synthetic, and the assembly is not simple, but over all, I'm very happy with the end result

Love this bookcase!!! Even though it isn't real wood, the look is fantastic with the color variations, it looks like real wood from afar. It took about an hour and a half to assemble with two people... need to glue (provided) the wooden pegs as you assemble it for even greater stability. Really happy with this purchase :)
