I received an open box, only to discover chairs with scratches and missing assembly parts (washers). I did not expect this for a brand-new product at full price. I was then disappointed to see that I had to pay for shipping if returned. I wish they had been more transparent about the box having been opened or offered a discount based on the scratches.

Colour of oak table is yellow-ish and looks cheap. Other than that I’m satisfied with quality vs price paid (open box).

I’m happy with this purchase! The simple design matches my neutral home perfectly. It feels sturdy, was very easy to assemble, and looks more expensive than it is. It’s the perfect size for my space, and I’m so happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend it!

Love them! Comfy too. The nubs on the bottom of the chair were black, thank god! I was worried they would be that weird mustard color… as shown in some pics.
