Tabouret de coiffeuse Ulen

I really love this Ottoman. Probably going to buy a second one. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's rated only to support 150 Lbs. I wish it was just a little more stout so it could be pulled up as a stool if desired. Still, that is not that big of a deal. I found it to be super simple to assemble and feel kind of sorry for the folks who had a tough time with it. The key to it all is the ball end of the Allen wrench that is provided ;). I agree that it would have been nice if there had been pre-drilled holes for the cushion brackets but, again, no big deal. To be clear, a drill is not required, the screws go right into the wood.

This item showed up damageddistresssed. Ok, accidents happen. No big deal. Then I tried to get some help. And thats where the complete clown show began. Customer service put me through an absurd circle of mind-numbingly terrible support. Eventually asking me to upload a picture that I uploaded multiple times. And then proceeding to completely ignore my issue. Which is where it ended. With zero resolution and zero response from anyone there. Terrible experience.

We use this for a step for our Frenchie. It’s fabulous! Very sturdy and easy to take with us when we travel.

This is a terrific and functional stool to rest my feet on at my desk. The only quibble is I have never been able to figure out how to attach the top to the stand, but it's not a big deal as it fits right over the stand anyway. It really does work for me.
