Table à abattant Kona

arrived damaged and option to rectify were not acceptable

After three deliveries and two returns and waiting longer than I anticipated I received a table without hardware. and with a big slice out of one of the drop leafs. The connection piece for the corner was broken. In order to use this table, my husband had to go to the hardware store and purchase hardware to fit the screws. He then had to get wood glue and fix the brace for the table leg. As far as the imperfection in the leaf, we turned that to the wall. With three attempts at delivery I was tired of waiting. It is not good business when the customer has to rebuild the product. This is not a happy customer. I have attached pictures taken of the three tables

This is a sturdy table but the picture in the ad is misleading. The table is darker than it appears to be in the ad, and the table top is a laminate, not solid wood. The color is more of a walnut color, and the laminate top has colors from medium-light to dark brown in it. This is not what I expected from the ad. I think this table will last for years, but it is not what I expected to get.
