The chairs are great. We were very disappointed with Wayfair. We ordered with Wayfair because the other company we considered (chairs were cheaper) said the chairs were on backorder. We had family events coming up and did not want to wait. We ordered 7/31, received an email with 8/4 as our expected delivery date. Our card gets charged on 8/7, so we think they must be on the way. We check on our status to find out that the chairs are on backorder until the first week of September. We had to look to find out this information. On 9/8 we get an email that our chairs will come 9/16. On 9/16 we get an email that states 9/20. We finally received our chairs on 9/21, almost seven weeks after we were told they would be here. We would have ordered different chairs, or used a different company had we known that we were going to wait so long, but since Wayfair charged our card on 8/7, we were afraid of the hassle of getting our money back. Very disappointed with how this was advertised and not communicated from the beginning.
