Cheaply painted, wood broken and spackled but not repainted, top of the dresser shattered by manufacturer prior to boxing. Very poor quality for the price.

Every piece I ordered came damaged. They were difficult to put together. It took wayfair and the manufacturer 4 months to replace the defective dresser. I just hope the new one isn’t defective as well.

Please don’t purchase this item! I have never in my life bought a piece of furniture I could not put together. It took my husband and I 4 hours of our Sunday off, to TRY and get it to work, since we were already so invested in it, and we still couldn’t do it. First order we received, the top was broken, 3 of the 5 drawers were either broken or you couldn’t align the holes to make it straight. Even a screw came without a hole! We reorder the item in the hopes It was just a bad batch, but the replacement also came with broken parts and drawers that would not align to make the screws fit. I’m not one to give bad reviews, but they really need to remake this item correctly and stop waisting peoples time and money!

I was disappointed about the quality based on the amount I paid. Several drawers had dents and they do not line up well (meaning some stuck out more than others). Color and style are nice.

This is a really difficult review. The dresser quality, shipping, and service. First, the best. Wayfair service was very impressive. Available, attentive, helpful. Second, quality. This is heavy and except for the backing and drawer bottoms is solid wood. Give yourself 5-6 hours to assemble though because it requires assembly with hex bolts and due to their placement allows you to turn them in on 18 circle. There are 15-20 to do. Third, the worst- shipping. First one arrived with several damaged parts. Since the manufacturer does not issue spare parts wayfare shipped again, and again damaged.

Beautiful dresser! Assembly was ok, not the easiest but not the hardest I’ve done.
