The holes for screws were not stable. My nephew had a piece of corrugated wood break trying to get hinge situated. I like the looks of it and it's great to sit on. The storage is a good place for extra pillow.

I purchased this bench to go into a small bathroom that really needed a place to store essentials as well as be used to get dressed and ready for your day. This fit perfectly in the space. It was easy to put together and I really can not say enough about how well the hardware kit came organized and packaged along with an actual tool ! ( not just an Allen wrench) after the bench was put together, it really is a beautiful piece of furniture.

Overall I like and would buy again. 4 vs 5 stars because one piece was missing prefilled holes

Perfect addition to my sons room. This bench has tons of storage. The seat lifts to reveal a deep area and there are two drawers that fit perfectly underneath for extra storage space. It was surprisingly painless to assemble and the directions were simple to follow.

I love this bench! It looks a lot better in person than in the pictures! It matches perfect in my living room, which I was a little worried about. The pictures on the website makes it look more rustic, but I was pleasantly surprised once I put it together. There was a lot of pieces, and I mostly used the screwdriver that came with it. It wasnt until I started getting blisters on my hand that I got the screw gun out. Lol. But, the cushion on the top is also surprisingly soft! There are 2 drawers on the bottom which are on rollers which are very nice. And the lift top compartment is very large! Perfect for what i needed it for. But, it all went together very well (just took awhile), and I am very pleased with the bench! It really is a great buy! Just use a screw gun from the start, lol.

Nice storage cabinet, deep enough for four blankets, at least a dozen pair of pants or pillows Christmas storage even also shoes . At the bottom of this cabinet are two drawers that can be used to keep a sewing kit or heating pad maybe a set of sheets in a guest room. The top has a nice button tucked cushion made of leather looking material. Brown upper while the cabinet is a wood with dark knots that are visible through the stain wood. Nice choice especially for a cabin or cottage or any country home.

Came on time. Was packaged well. Instructions were fairly simple. But not all the holes wanted to line up right. But it’s a nice storage bench and will work perfect for what I needed. Very pleased with it
