I received an open box, only to discover chairs with scratches and missing assembly parts (washers). I did not expect this for a brand-new product at full price. I was then disappointed to see that I had to pay for shipping if returned. I wish they had been more transparent about the box having been opened or offered a discount based on the scratches.

So cute!! Very pleasant light wood grain color that doesn’t come across well on camera— just trust that it’s somewhere in between the featured pictures and my own pictures here. The 49” size is the best size, great for even my tiny kitchen but still room for 4.
