This plant stand was just what I wanted, simple, streamlined and functional with a modern feel. All of the parts are sturdy and were clearly and correctly labeled to coincide with the assembly instructions, and all the tools and screws needed to assemble it were included. As the instructions note, assembly is easiest with two people. The shelf on the bottom does not screw in, but is notched to sit firmly in place, and makes for a handy place to put your watering can, or other decorative items. I think the price is a little high, but it checked all the boxes for me, so it was worth the price, especially once you see the quality of the materials, which is very good.. Michelle. This is an attractive little plant stand. It is pretty narrow in diameter and thus a little wobbly. I'm concerned a gust of wind could knock it over. In the photos are the solar lanterns also purchased from Wayfair, which I love. I'll be adding another orchid in place of one of the lanterns and keeping one lantern on the bottom shelf. NOTE #1: the L-shape and U-shape pieces are attached by a screw, which did not go in straight. This was the hardest part of the assembly. Probably took 30 minutes trying to get it in. I tried WD-40. Two screws were included, and I tried both. Then realized that the square piece of metal soldered onto the short end of the L-shape piece where the screw goes in was unevenly soldered on. I tried hammering it without a cloth between the metal and the hammer, which chipped the paint off. This didn't help to get the screw in easier. It ended up going in crooked but is okay. Note #2: the instructions state not to fully tighten the screw until all is put together. Note #3: Don't do like I did and remove all parts from the plastic bags before assembly. The parts are numbered by stickers on the plastic bags. They are shown on the instruction diagrams also, but the pictures and print are tiny, so I needed a magnifying glass to identify the part numbers to the parts.. Kimberly. Escondido, CA. This stand did the job, but it isn’t solid construction and one of the shelves is a bit wonky and I can’t straighten it. Wait for it to go on sale. What I realize I need is a plant stand that puts the plants at actual window height, but at least I’m able to use the boottom for books and other decor.. Janet. Homewood, AL. Fri Feb 06 2026
