From the time I ordered, till my carport arrived, I was informed what was going on, when the delivery date was given to me, I was easily able to change the delivery date online, The delivery personnel called me 40 minutes ahead of time, I met the delivery personnel and was able to direct them where I wanted the packages placed in my driveway. There was an instruction sheet inside the package, however it was mostly visual without specific worded step by step, so I was able to view the photos and go with the few written instructions in the manual. I was able to have a friend assist me with lifting and placing the panels in succession. Including a lunch break, it took my friend and I about 11 hours to complete the assembly. I plan on drilling holes in my cement driveway, installing bolts through the predilled holes in the base plate and securing the base to the driveway. It came with cables and anchors to drive into the ground, however I am choosing an alternate method to secure the base. I am happy with the product, it appears to be well made and sturdy. See pictures for start to finished assembly.
