I never got to install these. My house flooded from a hurricane and they were sitting on the floor of the closets. I will say I didn't like that I bought two sets for the guest bathrooms and another two each of a different style and when they shipped they banded the boxes all together. I could not tell what box went with what. I would suggest if you are buying these, buy them one at a time. I wish I could tell you about the quality, but like I said, I never got to install them.

Prepare to cut down wood, don’t use angi list as probability not to have correct tools. I ended up hiring another contractor for much more .

I love this organizer , but I didn’t appreciate the Angi’s list assembly father and son team that was originally assigned. They contacted me and asked me to cancel and hire directly from Angi because Wayfair would only give them 24.75. They ended up charging me 250, there was missing hardware and said they’d come back once I received it. They pulled a no show on the day agreed, saying they’d be here and every couple of hours they’d say it’ll be a little later .. this happened throughout the day and when I got upset , they got quite nasty ! Never allow Carlos or his son Lewis assemble your items , if at least don’t pay in full if they have to come back ! They are not trustworthy!

I got 2 of these systems. They look so beautiful in our brand new home in the country.

This is amazing quality, easy to use. Adjustable sizes to fit our closets!

The closet systems are beautiful, but they arrived damaged three times. This resulted it delaying the completion of our remodel significantly. When I called Wayfair to order the third replacement they were very sympathetic and gave us a nice refund for one of closet systems, which we appreciated. I understand that COVID has affected the shipping industry, but sending the same closet system three times doesn't seem to be a sustainable option for any of the industries involved.

Nice looking sets so far, not installed yet. One drawer pull broken, screw broke off in the pull waiting for Wayfair to resolve replacement

Very adaptable and very sturdy 100 wood

So the closet is perfect but make sure you have patience and time. I was a little hurried and forgot to use the spacer bar for the main tower so when secured to the wall, it made other things not line up making the drawers close a little harder then I’d like. Completely my amateur fault though. The stain is perfect and it’s so sturdy and secure that I feel confident about it holding everything.

This is beautiful and roomy. The drawers are soft close so easy to use. Such a great piece for the money.
