My cabinet arrived damaged. Wayfair customer service was first rate and handled my claim quickly and efficiently. I received my replacement parts in a timely manner and then I commenced assembling my cabinet. The instructions from the manufacturer were absolutely atrocious and more vague than anything I’ve ever seen. That being said the quality of the cabinet was fairly good, and dealing with Wayfair was good.

When recieved, package was torn and retaped. Parts (shelf and screws) were missing, and laminate chipped in several places. Does offer sufficient storage. Seems to be sturdy, however I would definately use tipping kit to avoid tipping. I'm thinking once I have the shelf I'm missing and a couple others I'll add, it will cover all of my additional kitchen storage needs. Assembly instructions could be confusing. Overall it seems to do the job, but I would not buy again.

This was not a good experience. Now that the cabinet is finally put together, I'm glad to have it as it meets a big storage need for me. But it didn't have to be so difficult. If you haven't put together furniture like this before, the included "instructions" are so inadequate. They're basically just drawings of the parts, not actual assembly instructions, and Wayfair doesn't provide any videos to explain how their hardware is meant to be used. I've successfully assembled plenty of of things, but not furniture like this, and it was hands-down the worst assembly experience I've ever endured. I finally found someone's obscure YouTube video on a different piece of furniture that at least showed me how similar hardware and connectors were used. There was also a significant amount of waste involved that just had to be landfilled. The weak packaging of the cabinet pieces failed to protect them from breakage during shipping, and I ended up throwing it all out since there was no way to recycle it. (The box itself was a mess of torn-up cardboard; I would have refused the package if I'd been home when it was dropped off.) Wayfair promptly sent out a replacement kit that fared better during shipping, though not completely undamaged. Once I finally got the cabinet put together, I had to buy some touch-up paint to cover the dings to the cabinet's exterior that had been inflicted, thanks to the inadequate packaging. Given the awful packaging, the tremendous amount of needless trash, and the failure to provide clear assembly instructions or a video, I won't order from Wayfair again.

I bought two pieces, both arrived badly damaged with no hardware. Needless to say I sent them back.
