When the Sade arrived, it was pretty damaged It was not packaged well, only had styrofoam around the corners. You could tell it had been dropped. Wayfair is always pleasant to deal with but I laughed when the lady asked, “We can discount about 100 if the damage is subtle enough for you.” I paid a good amount of money for this safe...i think the least they could do is assure it’s going to look like what I bought. We were very pleased with the safe otherwise. They are sending a replacement. Luckily, the worked it out to where someone will come get the old safe from inside the house because it is pretty heavy! Could not take pictures because my husband repackaged it before i could and i think he used 2 whole rolls of tape on it! Will update one we receive the new one!

I was a little confused when I tried Sentrysafe SFW123BSC for the first time. I got 2 type of keys, each of type has 2 keys. I don't know how it used for. After I tried several times, I just found out that I had to unlock using the key first before I tried to uncul using finger print or pin code. I didn't read the instruction about unlock using the key first before using PIN Code or Fingerprint. I made me frustation in the first time. I hope, it appear in the user manual.

Lacks factory reset option. Little bit complicated when setting user finger print for users

How would you access the safe if there was an EMP or if the fingerprint scanner and keypad get damaged physically? Since the key doesn't double as a fail safe in worst case scenario..

Great size and easy access. Saves me the cost of a safety deposit box.
