I want to start off by saying this is my 4th purchase from Wayfair and it has been the only delivery with a hiccup. My safe arrived with a few black marks on the exterior and the inside needed some cleaning, so the delivery wasn’t perfect. But honestly, the way Sanctuary handled it is exactly why I’m leaving five stars. I reached out to customer service and they immediately gave me options they would arrange to take the safe back and issue a full refund, or I could keep it and receive 20 off my purchase. I decided to keep it because the safe itself is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I asked if they could tell me the paint color so I could touch up the marks myself, and instead, they offered to send me a bottle of matching paint. Things don’t always arrive perfectly. To me, what matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. I dealt with actual humans who were helpful, responsive, and genuinely wanted to make it right. The safe is beautiful, I’m happy with my purchase, and based on the customer service alone, I would absolutely purchase from Sanctuary again and recommend them to others. My safe arrived with a few black marks on the exterior right on the front of the safe (otherwise I probably wouldn’t have said anything) and the inside needed some cleaning, so the delivery wasn’t perfect.
