Didn't need them, returned as we could use the rails we had. Also cannot attach these to existing metal rails. They're different form.

This is a flimsy, cheaply made system that constantly has to be readjusted and secured. Pieces don’t snap in and there’s no way this could be installed by one person. Cheap China-made! DO NOT BUY!!

This is a really neat system - that is - the PVC adds a different, but elegant, clean look to the drop ceiling. I replaced an old aluminum system. I decided to go with the white PVC system to avoid rusting and with hopes to maintain the bright white look, especially if I have another water mishap drain from the upper level to the lower level. The main beams are 8' and I needed 7' therefore, I had to cut them to size; as well as the border pieces. I also had to cut several cross tees to fit my 5 x 7 half bath. Also, you will need to purchase some nails, screws and a hanging wire system (prevents mid sagging) separately.
