The rug is warm in winter where I sit to watch TV. There is a lot of fuzz that comes off the rug with general use. It was a complaint I read before I purchased it but decided I would anyways.

Rug look beautiful, but it constantly sheds. I thought that was because it was brand new and would eventually stop, but a year later it’s still shedding.

Worst rug ever shed soo much and I had to ship it and paid extra .

Absolutely beautiful! Rich colors. It’s more of an olive green than my photos show. Nice plush feel. Very well packaged for delivery. Double bagged.

I bought the Charlton Home Dunbar rug. I realize CH renamed the rug but it was a Safavieh Antiquity rug. I’d like WAYFAIR to learn how to properly list items so customers DO NOT have to become as frustrated as I was after dealing with their Customer Service Dept. SAFAVIEH is the manufacturer, ANTIQUITY is a subtitle for many Safavieh rugs, and then there is another set of letters numbers that distinguish the exact DESIGN PATTERNS under ANTIQUITY. Ex SAFAVIEH ANTIQUITY AT313. The Charleston Home Dunbar rug definitely has ivory shades which the rug I received didn’t have. Those in Customer Service as well as Wayfair’s marketing descriptions manager need to comprehend this necessary information when speaking to customers. Just bc Wayfair ships from warehouses, people working in these depts can’t just think one item design doesn’t have subdivisions for specification identifiers. Pay attention! You lost my business for so many reasons plus items are way over priced!
