Rug Size:Rectangle 8' x 10'
Not wrapped adequately. The rug arrived with a good sized hole where it must have been punctured during transit. And the procedure to return the rug failed to mention that items being returned to a FedEx drop off ie Staples can’t be taller than 4 feet. The return and exchange have been frustrating. Still waiting for the replacement- I see it’s back ordered and out of stock on this site. As for the rug itself, still hoping I get the replacement.
