We just got this rug and it is not AT ALL as described and pictured on the website. Very poor quality, wrong colors and came all wrinkled with no chance of the wrinkles going away and we tried to go on the website to return it and our only options are to only get a 20 discount or to return it but pay for shipping. We have ordered a LOT of things through Wayfair over the years but their quality and customer service are getting ridiculously bad.
