This won't be a product review but a customer services review. A rug was delivered damaged by water. Wayfair has given run arounds with the pick up of my return, in addition I had to repackage this huge item myself. As I was going through this process I realized Wayfair does not care when it comes to helping handling returns. I believe when you send your customer a damaged item you must be able to handle return further on. Thats what other merchants do- they literally walk in and do ew- packaging, along with carrying.

Excellent product, exactly matched description including print and color. On time delivery. Have vaccumed a couple of times, no wear and tear.
