Console Bookcase

Looks great, but more rustic than the images demonstrate. Very challenging to put together. Had to remove and reverse some pieces to get them to fit. Recommend attaching the inside shelves and sides first, then the top, and the bottom ladt. This is reverse from the instructions, but after having to maneuvere the pieces around to get them to fit, this will save time and your back. Likely wont buy from this company again.

The bookcase is okay. I do love that it’s solid wood, and the grain is nice. I was shipped the wrong item twice. I was sent the tall bookcase instead of the low one. Seems the supplier needs to fix this issue. Once I finally received the correct bookcase it was not easy to assemble. There was a shelf I couldn’t fit in at all, so it’s now just an open space with a faux plant there.

Not at all what I ordered. As you can see, what I received is a vertical damaged bookcase version the horizontal bookcase I ordered. I reached out to customer support almost a week ago and was told they would reach out to the manufacturer and someone would contact me with resolution. Unfortunately, I’ve yet to hear from anyone and have zero resolution. Based on other reviews, I am not the only customer that received the wrong bookcase. I was really disappointed in this order and the help I’ve received thus far.

Hard to write the review when I didn’t get the exact item I ordered.. twice.. but here we are. I ordered the low and wide bookcase (4x2), and received a tall one (2x4). I returned it once - the pictures are from that box, and received the same incorrect item the second time. I could not return it again.
