Original order base was broken in 4 different places, THEN customer service made an error in booking replacement (did not correctly submit request for new desk), which i only found out about because i followed up. When the replacement desk finally DID arrive, it was delivered hours ahead of schedule and left with doorman instead of being brought into my home. Altogether I had to spend over $200 to hire a third party to bring the replacement desk into my apartment and couldn’t use the desk until weeks after I had intended to use it.
