Very easy assembly: the back engaged two brackets on the chair with no issue. I did find it more advantageous to connect the power and controller prior to attaching the back. Chair raises a few inches vertically before it tilts forward in the “lift”mode: this appears to a positive feature. Operation is slow in lift and recline modes: not a deal breaker. Very comfortable.

the chair is a nice size and feels comfy

Flimsy MDF frame; arrived broken. Too bad, as the fabric was wonderfully soft. Customer service was great, though; arranged a full refund and pick-up to remove damaged chair.

This chair is very small to be a recliner. I bought it for myself to place in my living room. I ended up putting it in my 5-year old’s room for him to use when he plays his game.

My 95 year old aunt needed a power chair, so she could keep her legs elevated. The power chair lift was just a bonus. I haven't seen the chair yet as with COVID-19 her senior center is on lock down. But she LOVES the chair. She sleeps in the chair most nights as she says it is so comfortable. She is a short lady of around 5' and this chair fits her well, unlike her old recliner. And I got it on sale, and the chair was delivered to her senior center in 3 days instead of 2-3 weeks as first indicated. This was a great purchase for many reasons.
