We often have guests over, and this sofa has been incredibly practical. The U-shaped design provides plenty of seating, making it perfect for gatherings and conversations. When needed, it easily converts into a bed for overnight guests, which is very convenient. The hidden storage is also great for keeping blankets and pillows organized. Everyone who has used it has been very satisfied.

This sofa is comfortable and easy to use. It’s great for everyday seating, and the pull-out bed is really convenient when guests visit. The ottoman storage is useful for blankets, and the removable covers make cleaning simple. Assembly wasn’t hard, and overall I’m happy with it.

I used this modular sectional in my Airbnb. It’s perfect because it provides an additional sleeping surface but a lovely couch as well. Not the most comfortable to sit on but perfect for my needs.

DON'T DO IT! They want almost $100 to return. I am requested a full refund for the sofa I recently received, but won't get it. I am extremely disappointed with the condition and quality - won't even give it to my kids for college - it'll never last a week. I would have made it work, if so much wasn't so bad. -Multiple areas of the upholstery had orange-colored powder/stain (rust from hardware??) that transferred onto and permanently stained the cream fabric near the bottom of one piece (chair). -Additional gray dust and dirt smudges were present in various locations, suggesting the item may have been stored or handled improperly (corners and edges of the other pieces). The smudges in some areas wore through the edges of the couch - like someone set it down in the warehouse. -Packaging appeared previously opened: hardware bags were taped shut, the plastic wrapping on the couch base was torn and punctured, and there was an imbalance in hardware quantities (excess G screws, 2 H screws stuck together and neither of them usable). This raises concern that I may have been sent an Open Box or previously returned item. -The "upholstery" does not spot clean, even with immediate and gentle attempts, making the rust and dirt stains permanent. -Seat cushions are wimpy and very thin (approximately 3" max without pressing), with no internal springs within the couch base, resulting in minimal support. The seating experience feels more like a padded bench than a sofa - no "give" when you sit. I wouldn't lounge in it. -Back support is inadequate. The back structure stops at mid-back (below shoulder blades) and feels unstable unless the sofa is pressed against a wall. If you'd lean back to stretch, feels like it'd snap. Only the pillows are there to catch you if you lean back. -Once placed together, the pieces are not sturdily together and the seam varies with movement, suggesting the bracket that secures them together may not hold for very long. -The seams between sectional pieces are clearly felt when seated, (especially near corner piece) affecting comfort. -The pull-out mechanism does not operate smoothly. It requires excessive force, causes the entire unit to lift and shift, and does not come out evenly. The hinges do not function in sync, and the unit feels unstable when opened/closed. -The storage ottoman has goofy hinge on the storage section, causing it to lift unevenly and requiring manual hokus pokus to open. -The fabric itself is extremely flimsy, without normal upholstery backing for shape- it's just single lined material. It creases easily and feels more appropriate for light apparel or curtains than furniture meant for regular seating. -The product photos show full, plush cushions; however, this sofa lacks fullness. The black internal lining is visible between cushions, and the fill resembles low-density fiber similar to airline pillows. Overall, the product is not as described, arrived in questionable condition, and is not suitable for normal use. Unfortunately, the delivery coincided with garbage pickup, and the large original boxes are no longer available. I was fully willing to return the sofa set and package it using boxes from other recent furniture purchases but they want me to travel to the nearest Wayfair (1.5 hour drive) or pay $99.50. Wish I hadn't purchased. I feel punked. And that was my big Christmas/birthday present to me, from me. And I won't sit in it for fear of injury with prolonged use:(

Very nice looking sectional, functional and comfortable for the price. Set up was really easy and doing it by myself took about and hour or so from opening all the boxes (hardest part) to putting it all together. It's a really nice sectional.
