The chair felt a little firm at first and the lever was sticking for the foot rest, after using it a few days, it seemed to get more comfy, and the lever started working properly. Very nice size, very comfortable, especially with the feet up. 

Came almost fully assembled and was extremely easy to finish, lightweight enough to move but heavy enough to feel sturdy. It’s smaller than I was expecting, not necessarily in width but in heightsize. Unless laid all the way back the foot rest hits about halfway up my calf so isn’t the most comfortable, the arm rests are extremely low, not really useable and the back is low, hits at the base of my neck. It’s very soft and the bluegrey color is pretty, it’s just small.

Beautiful recliner, but it is not as large as I was expecting. Make sure to check the measurements closely. If you are not big and tall, this recliner will work great for you. My dad is 6’4” and when in the upright position, he cannot rest his head comfortable, as he could with his last recliner. Overall, it’s a good quality chair.
