Much different than the one image pictured on the product listing. I know these are “live edge” pieces and will vary from one to another, but this one is much more circular and is very “processed” in its appearance. I’m not even 100 sure this is real wood because it’s got a texture on the outside ring that doesn’t make it feel real. I can’t quite describe it. The metal detail is also very un-level and sticks up above the table top itself. Luckily there is some space to set down a glass on a level part of the wood, but I can see this little metal “lip” causing an issue if you weren’t paying attention. Overall I’m not thrilled with the defects and I wish it felt more like “real wood”. There are also some surface scratches on the top but those can be overlooked I suppose.
