True to description. Nice quality. My friend had 2 of them and I liked it so much I bought my own. Great value for the price.

We liked it for the first couple months. It loses it shape and now just 4 months after receiving the item there are small styrofoam balls constantly coming out of it even when no one is using it. Really disappointing. I’m going to contact Wayfair tomorrow as a poof that costs this much should last more than 4 or 5 months.

Love the size and cream color. Firm, yet cotton rope is soft to touch. Perfect for putting feet up or sitting on.

I like it but from the pictures I really thought it would be green.
