Lit de jour simple rembourré en bois avec deux tiroirs et tablettes de rangement

Item arrived on time, but entire box covered in oil of some sort - not able to identify. I paid extra to have a service professional come assemble it. Scheduled time comes and goes, I call and Wayfair can’t reach this individual. I reschedule and they give me 10 reimbursement- fine. The rescheduled appt arrives, and once again the service person is a no show. I call Wayfair and they tell me they can’t reach him, he in fact blocked their phone . I had 2 choices reschedule again, or cancel. Wayfair said if I reschedule, I’ll be scheduled again with the same person who has them blocked and isn’t showing to his appointments. So I ask for a discount also on the item considering I could have bought from another place that would have actually assembled the item but they said they could not unless I made the item an as-is sale pieces or parts missing, would be my problem. Honestly I have ordered many things from Wayfair and spent over 2000 in the last 2 months, but I won’t recommend their “professional” service to anyone.

It's a beautiful bed. Material is a soft misty grey, with a suede feel. Went together and installed in room in approximately 2 hours. Everything needed to put it together was in one of the two boxes that came. Arrived with a damaged box, but well packed and bed was undamaged. Drawers are on casters and easy to use. They hold quite a bit of items as well. Shelves are great and eliminate the need for a bulky nightstand beside the bed. Support system of the bed is slats of wood attached to a ribbon of material that rolled up easily. No complaints from the bed user on comfort or noise of bed. Looked like it was a fragile thing while being put together, but the end result is so far very sturdy and practical. Love it!
