Love this so much! It’s an all in one and looks great. Plenty of storage options and sturdy enough for adult men to sit on.

items looks amazing but i am nervous for anyone over 150lbs sitting on it. the material is a little flimsy.

The idea of the product is good, but the realisation is really cheap.

We loved the look of this, but one of the hooks has already broken and we assembled it a month ago. Our toddler hung a coat up on it and a two-year-old’s pull was able to snap the coat hook. I got in touch with customer service and was told that since it was delivered more than 30 days ago... using the item as intended and having a part snap in half... there is nothing that can be done. Awful product quality and disappointing service/customer experience

This was straightforward to put together until we got to putting the top piece to the bottom piece. The wood started coming apart from the shelves. It needed wood glue for them to get back in place and able to stay. Finally after problem solving we were able to lay it down and slide it in place. Very hard that last step. But it’s up and getting some good use out of it

Fits our space perfectly and makes getting out the door for our family of seven much easier!

My first shipment arrived with several broken/damaged pieces. I give 5 stars for customer service, as they handled that situation in a timely and professional manner. My husband is handy and found this project very frustrating to put together. He said the diagrams and instructions were not clear. It was helpful having two people assemble towards the end. I cannot yet say how it will hold up over time, but we have been using it for several weeks now and I am happy with it so far. I would recommend avoiding getting the backing material wet. I tried to wipe a mark off it and it did mess up the white finish. The shelves and sturdiness are decent and seem like they will hold up well. I agree with other reviews that it is shorter than pictures make it appear. I looked at measurements and used measuring tape as a visual prior to buying so it wasn’t an issue for me, but do recommend to measure yourself as a visual and not go off the photos. The unit looks very nice though and I am glad I purchased.

Was a bit of a challenge to build and one piece was broken when delivered. You will definitely need 2 people and a lot of patience!!

Great once you get it put together. I normally ignore that in reviews bc if you are careful and follow instructions it’s usually ok….this piece is a BEAST. It’s one giant parallelogram. Beware, and have some wood glue. Once together though it’s nice!!!
