The first one we ordered was difficult to put together and was actually broken in a few spots. They sent a replacement which was also difficult to put together but it wasn't damaged and works well in the room. Neither came with directions which took the maintenance guys some extra time to figure out.

Parts do not match up, some came in wrong sizes and drawers did not close properly ... ordered three and not one was closet to perfect which would be what you would want ... matte finish on gray also shows every fingerprint ...
