I was expecting something heavier, the flat part is far from being perfect and needs to be covered, but still fun.

It's not worth the price. Mine was damaged during shipping. I was offered 20% off to keep the item. There should have been a full replacement. But I was expected to pay return shipping.

The cardboard box this arrived it looked pretty beat up. Upon opening the box, the styrofoam supporting the rear end of the bulldog was damaged. When I got it out of the box and cleaned up, I noticed a crack in the right rear leg as the photo shows. A discount would be accepted.

The item arrived in the box and was damaged I contacted you on Monday Feb 3/25 to get the item returned and was told then a return shipping label would be sent to me within 24-48 hours nothing has been emailed to me I followed up on Wed Feb 5/25 and was told it is being reviewed it is now Thursday and still nothing very disappointed in this service. Please help to get this resolved.
