Stool is fine, fedex is garbage though. Scuffs all over the backrest plastic bezel. Pneumatic shaft fully extended, sticking 6 inches out of the box. Use a better carrier. No one should spend this kind of money on a stool only to have fedex manhandle the package with no regard. Unlikely to use wayfair again until you drop fedex.

Stool is great and well made. Padding is thick and it adjusts to a high height. Would have given 5 stars except it is a bit more expensive than I think it should be.
