Wexford 6-Shelf Open Storage Tower Bookcase

The first time we ordered this it was damaged in transit. They sent a replacement a couple of weeks later but it was also damaged on arrival. I think, as another reviewer has stated, the boxes are way too heavy and packing not sufficient to protect the corners. The manufacturer says they cannot send replacement parts. And now the color we wanted to match the Murphy bed we ordered the same day is no longer available. Wayfair says they’ll help us return this damaged item (after much back and forth). But to return the Murphy bed, now that we won’t have matching bookcases to make the wall unit we wanted, would cost more than $300…. So we’re stuck with a $1300 Murphy bed that will never match any bookcases we put next to it. Do NOT buy these, and do not buy any large heavy furniture on Wayfair, if you need two coordinated units to match or aren’t 100% sure of quality of the item - they won’t help you if anything goes wrong with your some part of your order. You’ll be stuck paying tons of shipping on boxes weighing hundreds of pounds…. I can’t say how disappointing this experience was for us.

Arrived quickly but damaged on side panel and some of the shelves are chipped. Wayfair has contacted the manufacturer to see what they can do.

Mine came in damaged and I had to spend few hours to get it back in shape....before I could put it together.. Not very happy

I purchased 5 of these and they are perfect I created a custom builtin wall unit. The color was right on and they very stable and heavy duty.

Item as described. Though, feels cheaply made.
