The Good Wayfair. Customer service was 5-stars. They did everything to make sure we ended up with 8 good quality chairs. There was no run around, just great customer service. When we finally had 8 good chairs they look great with the table we also purchased from Wayfair. We are happy with the result, but getting to this point was annoying and we got to a point where we felt like returning everything. We did not and are happy with what we have. The Bad We originally ordered 8 chairs. Out of the first batch we could only make 4 that did not have glaring manufacture defects. On the second shipment of 4 replacements we could only make 2 more. Finally after the 3rd shipment we were able to build 8 good quality chairs. The Ugly While the packaging of the chairs appeared to be adequate, we continually received chairs with a range of defects. The polyurethane coating on the seat would be half applied, causing big streaks of dullness and shininess. Sometimes looking like a permanent spill. A chair back had a crack, another had pinkish hue/paint running down the side of it. I do not believe these are shipping issues, rather quality control when leaving the warehouse.

Piece delivered in excellent condition and just as advertised. Pleasure doing business with Wayfair.

Item arrived in perfect condition and looks beautiful in our space. We are very happy!
