I LOVE this chair, but it is damaged. I returned it. The replacement chair was more damaged than the first. I paid for this chair in November. It is February and I still do not have a resolution.

Definitely not worth the price. It’s just painted fabric, for the price it should at least be cow hide stained to look like the real thing. Would have returned it but they unloaded it and took the box away before I saw the chair as I was tired up with the remolding crew.

Product Care: Clean your furniture with routine dusting using a damp cloth and then dry the surface immediately using a dry, soft cloth. Always wipe in the direction of the wood grain. Clean dust periodically with a dry cloth to remove residual dust and prevent dirt from building up. No harsh cleaners or solvents should ever be used on the leather, as they could abrade the finish or topcoat off the article. For stubborn stains and spills, a lightly damp cloth with warm water should be blotted on the stain to lift and remove it. If this does not work, a mild soap and water solution (Palmolive or Dawn) should be mixed and then blotted to release the stain and then blot again with a dry cloth.
