Great desk for the price point. We purchased it during COVID so my husband could work from the bedroom, and it was the perfect solution. The drawers are a nice bonus for keeping things tidy, but they aren’t very deep—so better for papers, chargers, and small items rather than anything bulky. After lengthy phone call with Wayfair, an associate found that the Vandenberg hutch will fit the Scranton Credenza desk. You are better off ordering the Vandenberg set. Well, it is "almost" done. It is very attractive BUT.... It is very cumbersome to assemble. If you have never assembled furniture before, this piece is not a good one to practice on! The reason it is "almost" done is because one of the cabinet door hinges is missing a mounting screw. And it is a very uncommon size screw that is going to be difficult to find. Young men were strong but when I requested they take off wrapping in garage area, they didn’t listen and brought pieces inside and I had to clean area behind them. This desk is so so gorgeous! It seems pretty heavy duty and it has a decent weight to it. It was delivered quickly and packaged well. The colors are really pretty and it looks great with my newly painted walls. It is very gray on the top with some dark tones throughout it. the white washed legs and drawers are really well done. The furniture style legs also give it a nice touch. The back side is also finished and we plan on moving it to the middle of the room once our other desk is packed and moved out and the floors are completed. The glides are nice on the drawers and the middle drawer folds down so you can type and store a key board. There is also a decent size notch for wires out the back of the middle drawer.
