If you live in an area with very few 2-person assembly teams your appointment will most likely keep getting canceled because no one accepts the bid. This happened to me THREE times. I finally got a customer service person that explained what was happening. I offered to be the "2nd person" for assembly so she set up the bid for 1 person and raised the rate and voila - I had someone in my home 2 days later putting together the table.
