Very nice recliner. Comfortable, firm enough that it won’t lose support over time. Relatively simple assembly with clear instructions. Recommended at least 2 people to assemble, lining up the brackets for the back and arms requires some help. No tools needed. The chair is roomy, but doesn’t take up too much space. It reclines very far back if you like to lie nearly flat. I did encounter issues though. The recline lift functions worked properly, but the heatmassage and USB functions did not work at all. They are on a separate wiring setup than the recliner. No power was getting to them. I reached out via the order page and described the problem, requested replacement parts for the non-working functions. A Wayfair rep and the vendor contacted me within a couple of days to troubleshoot the issue. They requested that I unplug all wires and reassemble them in accordance with the instructions (which had already been done twice), and send a photos. I went out and purchased a new adapter for 20 and reassembled everything using the new adapter (with the same specifications as the one included.) That did the trick and all functions started working! Overall very happy with the chair and the customer service, despite no offer of a credit or refund for the adapter purchase.
