The water softener itself works, but the buying experience was frustrating. The listing says I can choose between a 3/4" or 1" connection, yet the website never gave me that option. I called Wayfair to make sure I would get the 3/4" version, but they still shipped the 1" one. I ended up having to buy my own adapters, wasting both time and money. If Wayfair advertises multiple connection sizes, they should actually let customers choose.

Great product. A definite upgrade to my previous system. Easy to install on your own if you are comfortable with basic plumbing.

A lot of plumbing to install.. we had to spend a lot to get fittings required.. wish we had researched that more before purchasing .. turning out to be alot more expensive than we bargained for Not fully installed yet so cannot comment on functionality
