If you only need it for a small room its perfect and its quiet. It did come a little damaged though could be from shipping.

Works very well, super quiet and more attractive than our other units. Only con is the remote screw was very small and it was tricky to find a screwdriver tiny enough.

It says it’s 12,000 BTUs but it doesn’t give off that type of power as far as cooling purposes. It has a hump at the bottom of it so any regular AC bracket will not do, specially if it’s a double hold bracket the only good thing about this air conditioner is that it’s Wi-Fi capability that means I can turn it on before I get home and hopefully some of the house or room will be cool

I had this AC unit installed. Once installed and plugged in it worked great and cooled down our large recreation room.

Great unit, super powerful, and really easy to install. The only issue I’m having is connecting it to Wi-Fi and my smart home, which normally comes pretty easy to me, so I’m going have to call CS. Besides that, it’s a really clean and modern looking unit customer service for some assistance. Otherwise, really nice, modern, clean looking unit that works
