The Mila is like the air it purifies: something you don't think about, because it's always there, just doing the job it's supposed to do.

I originally bought a Mila because of my ex's severe seasonal allergies, thinking it might make his (and by extension, my life more bearable, and had no idea how much it would improve my own quality of life! There's so much less dust, my nose is far less stuffy, and I sleep WAY better than I used to - Mila is a real game changer (of course I kept it after my ex became my ex!. Then I noticed how hard it worked during wildfire season for me; even though the fires were hundreds of kilometres north of where I live, the AQI was still bad here and it was recommended to wear masks whenever we were outside - some people I knew were experiencing really poor air quality inside their homes, even with the windows closed! Meanwhile, my Mila was running non-stop on full-blast helping to make my home safer for me, and I was even more grateful!

Mila has a touch of the human about her. Whereas she does her job around what she senses, there are occasions where she will just burst into life, leading to my cats leaving in disgust., especially if they have decided to sleep next to her. The big win for me is the combination of the intelligent operation and the connection to HomeKit this fits is so nicely with my smart home eco system. One complaint only, when are we going to get the 'little' Mila on this side of the pond?

Mila is cute but she can be loud and hyper-sensitive, just like another pretty girl I’ve known for a long, long time.

Great solution, outstanding service, but we've had trouble with the fan itself, having to replace the unit several times due to noise/vibration issues. Even the current replacement units are starting to make a low-key vibration sound.

I really like the ability to monitor air quality from my phone. One of my 2 Mila's is becoming noisy as it ages (even at very low speed) which is annoying.

Gets my air so fresh and so clean clean

Mila goes offline which is frustrating to bring her back online. Mila doesn't detect cooking smells within my apartment and I have to switch her manual to get rid of the odour. I do not know if the senses work well.

It’s a very stylish filter that distributes clean air evenly thought a room. The only negative is the sensor drift where the fans stay elevated at 80% even when there isn’t anything in the air. It’s only fixed when it’s recalibrated.
