The exhaust fan is somewhat noisy. The heater is in the basement and can be heard from the main floor when house is quiet.

Had the unit installed about 3-4 months ago to replace an electric heater. Haven’t seen any significant reduction in electrical bill. Takes up less space in laundry room than previous electrical heater. Still growing accustomed to wait time for temperature rise. Had it installed inside to avoid risk of freezing. Installation is clean looking.

I have had the Rinnai RX180IN 10 GPM model since December 2025. we have had no problems whatso ever with it. Would 100% recommend this product.

Product came installed on a new home we purchased. Its nice because it saves space by being installed on the exterior wall of the house. My only gripe is it takes quite a while for the hot water to make it to the faucets.

Takes to long for hot water to reach taps, Forcing you to run water down the drain before it warms up. Im not OK with that
