Product came installed on a new home we purchased. Its nice because it saves space by being installed on the exterior wall of the house. My only gripe is it takes quite a while for the hot water to make it to the faucets.

new as of Thanksgiving, end of November. New house. Was gold medallion all electric in old house. I love gas, and the only downside is the time it takes for the new hot water to get through the pipes. But I can take a five, ten or twenty minute shower, and run the washing machine, and hot water just keeps coming.

Love never being out of hot water and how it adjusts flow when other hot or cold water is turned on.

The Rinnai unit provides plenty of hot water on demand for our needs, at a comfortable temperature for the entire house.

We upgraded from a tank water heater to a tankless water heater, and we are extremely satisfied with our purchase. We have hot water when we need it and don’t have to compete with other appliances for hot water.
