While the towel warmer looks nice overall—and I was able to spray it to match my Brizo Luxe Gold fixtures and hardwire it in place—the functionality is disappointing. The unit sits much too close to the wall, making it difficult to slip a towel between the rack and the surface. It also takes nearly 45 minutes just to produce a moderately warm towel. In short, the appearance is good, but the performance falls short.

The shelf does not heat up. In the photos it shows the shelf RED indicating both the shelf and rack heat up. This was the only reason we purchased this one and it does not work as indicated.

This towel rack looks great with our brushed nickel faucets and I like it because the rods are square and not round like most warmers. Works great!

Loved the item but unfortunately it didn’t fit in the space we had created. Where we planned on installing it would of been in the way of glass shower. -( but the item was as advertised -)
