Serrure à pêne dormant électronique sans clé Powerbolt 3

Battery drains in about a week. I'm on my second one, the first having been replaced by the warranty department. The battery drains after a handful of uses. I have checked and made sure there is 0 blockage, 0 rubbing/friction, have reset/rehanded the lock, have turned off the sound and auto-lock, and it still dies after opening/closing probably less than 10 times. I wanted to go with weiser so the key could be rekeyed to my front door which is also weiser, but at this point that convenience is not worth the hassle and expense of changing batteries every 1-2 weeks. Brutal.

Since the installation, a week ago... The PowerBolt 3 (model 059184469653 / 9GED92500-001) burn 3x complete brand nes set of battery. 8x Lithium AA and 4x Duracell Optimum AA battery. So I need to replace the battery at every 2-3 days. I did a factory reset and a door rehanding relearn. The installation is clean and there is no deadbolt binding. In fact my last Powerbolt 2 did last 10 yeas but the fisish was tarnish and the keypad number were erased. This is why I end up purchasing the newer model. Money lost as we did duplicate the master key for all the kids ($) and 12x battery purchased for nothing ($$)

I bought a week ago and the batteries are already dead and they were good quality one!

Bought before Christmas, needed a warm day to install. Absolute garbage. Gives a binding error, will not change handle, will not reset. Dead bolt worked smoothly, until I removed it to work inside where it is warmer. Broke the dead bolt, won’t turn with the key but I can use gravity to extend it. In the garage and put my old Schlage back in.

Simple to install and the electronics seem to work but the bolt does not move . There is no sound indicating that there is any motor action. It operates fine with the key, there does not seem to be any binding. It just does not function.
