So far, so good. The unit is heavy (delivery personnel are not careful with getting it to the door-unit has a small mar due to handling) but rolls easy on hardwood floors. Plugged it in and run the unit to make sure it wasn't damaged and feel the temperature of the air. It was cold as can be expected from a portable unit, the negative commentators either live in a sweat box or have unreal expectations for a portable A/C unit. It is not hot enough in the Bay Area to run the unit yet but fingers crossed it doesn't fizzle out.

Came on time there was a little crack on the bottom of it but it doesn't hurt anything you can't see it happy with everything
