I love it! It looks like realistic logs during the day. And in the evening the glowing embers and flame effect look very realistic and amazing. I’m do agree with others that the crackling sound is not realistic so we don’t turn it on. The other thing we did was place a small metal can (altoids can) under the back side to lean it forward a little, so the flames shoot higher. That is a personal preference though.. Jennifer.
