Instructions were entirely too confusing but I got it done. Super Heavy so be prepared. It cools my room fairly quickly. I couldn’t set it up to wi-fi but that doesn’t affect the functionality. This is it, The old adage applies here you get what you pay for. This unit is the best. Quite efficient and a remote as well. I have a large area so I didn’t expect the temperature to drop fast. This brought the temperature to my desired setting and keeps it there. The consumption on the electric will tell over time but for my comfort and piece of mind it is priceless. When I got the unit I left it sitting for about five days and it’s working perfectly. Leaving it unplugged upon arrival for a day or two allows the Freon and oil to settle back down and not damage the unit, this is a must with anything that has Freon. Burns. Rareford Nc. I am overjoyed this replacement unit seems to work! The temperature hasn't soared yet, so I'll wait until it does to give a proper assessment. At first glance of the packaging though, I felt I was getting a working unit. Box was clean and inside was brand new. There were no dents on the uniot like the first one. I plugged it in and it actuall blew air, unlike the first one. So, so far, so good. Thanks to Rashad @ Customer Service for being so decisive in getting the replacement to me so quickly! Cheers..
