This was one of my favorite projects in my new home remodel. I always loved a jewel box powder room and I think it came out FANTASTIC. Easy installation but I had to use a hardcore primary to get a smooth finish. Don't like the smell it leaves behind for a few days but if you want a smooth finish you need it. Installing wainscoting can be somewhat tedious, but we eventually succeeded. Unfortunately, I miscalculated the height of the wainscoting, which was the exact same as the wall. This was definitely worth the wait! This wainscoting was so easy to install, it and was the perfect accent piece for this end wall. I love that it did not need to be nailed onto the wall, so filling nail holes and repainting was not needed. We used a common construction adhesive. I love the look of these and wanted to use these in a commercial bathroom installation. Unfortunately, they are too think and don't have a flat surface on the back so they aren't great to use with grab bars, toilet paper holders, and other things that I would need holes in it for. There aren't any installation directions and I couldn't find any coordinating trim pieces to cover up any holes or to go the top. It ultimately became too complicate to figure out and I ended up spending way more to install tile. I wish it would have worked out because I really love this look!. Amy. Wichita, KS. Very overpriced for what this product is worth. Also, had an overall very poor experience using Wayfair after items were missing from the delivery. It's a shame that Wayfair's customer service is so poor and they aren't able to accommodate and resolve issues that they created. Will not be a returning customer based off this experience.
