Palmier artificiel 66" en pot de fleurs

This plant was only 59.5" tall, not 66", and the pot was cracked in several places. Now, what do I do? I don't want to go thru the hassle of trying to box and ship this thing back.

I I bought three, and they were what I expected. They should be in a heavier vase as in the patio they kept turning over with the wind. I put some rocks at the bottom ,and solved the problem. They look real !,
