Don’t buy this chair from Wayfair. My chair broke 4 months after receiving it. It is stuck in reclining position. Wayfair would not do anything about it because they said it was past 30 days from receiving and I should have paid extra for extended warranty. They told me to contact manufacturer. In which I did and they said it was mother board. They sent me a new one for me to replace myself. I did and still have the same problem. Now they will not return my calls or emails. Wayfair does not back up there customers

Awesome chair. Airbags can get too aggressive and there is only an on and off switch, no way to just turn them down.

This is a great chair, it is very comfortable and allows for multiple settings depending on your massage desire. I have had an issue with the controller not displaying any longer, I have reached to the customer service email and their online submission, as well. I have not heard from them as of yet, but I am confident I will hear from them in the next couple of days. The chair comes in a very large box and can be intimidating on getting in the house, but the box fits through the front door, and it will take two people to unpackaged and move the chair. I love the fact you can place the chair 3” from the wall and it does not scrape. My wife uses the chair daily, at least three times, just wish I get could some more time in the chair!
