12x20 Patio Gazebo Aluminum

I will say the final product is beautiful, feels sturdy but won’t really know until, I use it more. I won’t lie, it was a mission to be built. I originally booked someone to build it, but my delivery didn’t come together as expected and one part was delivered late and I still had to pay for the build but couldn’t get it built and neeeded to do it myself. If you have 4-6 capable humans, you can get it done in 6-8 hours but I did it with 2 and it took 2 days and a half days. The half day, was because we had to peel the plastic off the roof pieces and they were stuck on due to the heat from transporting this item to me. I will say be very careful during that process we had a lot of cuts on our hands and legs from this process, it was unnecessarily dangerous. We got the frame up in one day, the roof in the other and then the nets and curtain. We added a fan but there isn’t really a structure to run the wiring for the fan, like hooks or anything, to bring it down to the Elric which was disappointing. We do love the color, and love the double nets, but can’t describe the logevitubof the final product as we’ve only had it up a week. We thing we like is at the top of the roof, there are bug guards in the vents of the roof to prevent bugs coming in, which I’ve seen others that don’t have this. We ordered the 14x28 Purpleleaf Gazebo. We were looking for an easy maintenance option as our prior one (much smaller) was cedar and always needed cleaned and re-stained. We are extremely happy with the quality and look of this gazebo. It is massive but exactly what we wanted- an outdoor living space protected from the elements! The instructions could use a lot of work. It doesn’t appear they actually built it themselves when writing them. They needed more actual written instructions and not just pictures. My husband is very handy so of course figured it all out but it took us both looking over the steps multiple times to be sure we were installing the correct pieces in the correct way. It is critical that you have a tall ladder- we have a little giant ladder and it was perfect. You also need a 2nd person on hand (that was me) as some things just can’t be done alone. Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue. It looks great, and all of our Wayfair furniture fits under it and around our gas firepit. Nice addition. It is a good value. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality is good. We love the gazebo! We wanted a large, shaded outdoor space without having to worry about flying insects, especially mosquitoes. I like the curtain options - only netting, completely enclosed (good for a movie night or even backyard camping), all open (those rare months where there aren’t any bugs. The gazebo is huge and we put an outdoor sectional and dining table under it. With plenty of room to spare. We did notice there were a couple of spots that leaked rain but nothing some outdoor caulk couldn’t take care of. I put up string lights and hung an outdoor rated fan for the summer heat. We purchased this 16x12 gazebo for our deck. Three boxes came one day and the last one the next day. No parts were missing, but there were some bolts that were mislabeled. We managed to figure out what they were. The only complaint we have is not with the product itself, but with the pricing. We purchased it during Victoria Day weekend, when it was their "Big" sale, so we figured we would get a good deal. We purchased it for $1999.99. A week later the price was $1699.99. We did contact them for a price adjustment, which they did honor after numerous phone calls and chats. Two weeks later it was even cheaper (Can't quite remember the price, but it was significant) They refused to refund us any further. They should have a 30-day price guarantee, so this doesn't happen. This gazebo is a game changer! Assembly is complicated, but can be accomplished step by step, and have at least 3 helpers! We receive compliments daily. Ours is one year old, it survived a western NY winter, with a few bolts shaking loose, but no big deal. The curtains are a bit of a job to put up and down, but really worth the effort.
